Yup. I have seen this international thing mentioned twice this season against West Brom when they have in fact had more internationals on the pitch than we had. It means nothing.

Also Stoke have loads of internationals, but everyone would happily call their squad relegation fodder.

It's not relegation fodder.

Despite how woeful we've been with our third manager, we're 9th - as close to 7th and potential europa league as we are relegation zone.

So why, after spending near £50m has this manager talked up relegation chances?

Because he's either

A) An idiot

or

B) So confident in his position he thinks he can say what he likes without repercussion

Heck, it might be a combo of the two

Saturday showed the world how little patience we have for him and his style of play. If results don't turn around I give him three more home games before it gets as toxic as under Koeman and Martinez and he gets the boot.

Its turning into a proper poisoned chalice. We had turned on Allardyce before he even got here to be fair.

We are having arguments over Marco Silva and he isn't even our manager! Or anyone elses...

Correct. Utterly embarrassing. Whatever happened to getting behind a manager when he comes in?

Exactly. At a club like ours it's just not acceptable. It's a half season jobby and no more.

At a club like Stoke, Palace or West Brom they'd put up with it for a season or more until the novelty of "being safe" wears out and the fans get restless.

It doesn't contain any "top" international players. Not a single one at all. Being an international doesn't mean anything, Glenn Whelan is an international.

Nonsense.

The point is there is quality and experience throughout the side.

The point is, if you look at Everton's squad objectively - there's no chance you can consider it;

This IS a relegation fodder side.

That is why despite being grim, we're 2 wins from our "magnificent 7th".

I gave him a fair shake and was behind him up until probably the Tottenham game. We are beyond terrible and have gotten worse since he took over.

He's talking about the two sets of six games he's been here for but out of the two of them it is clear which is the fluke.

The supporters just want this season to finish and are not liking what they have to sit through until then. I originally thought he would get the season no matter what but the way the crowd was on Saturday is making me revise that. He has to start winning if he wants the fans behind him because he's given nothing for us to hang a bit of belief on.

I was anti Big Sam, until he got here!

I never realised what an arrogant prat he was. I think he has a massive chip on his shoulder about his England sacking and has come in all billy big balls making out he is doing us a massive favour.
