Was talking to an acquaintance a couple of days ago and got talking drinks, anyway they mentioned dark rum and spiced rum and how it was pretty good with fresh lime and good ginger beer, thinks it's called a 'dark and stormy'.
Turns out it is. So for this evenings initial tipple we're in for the juice of 5 limes fresh squeezed, same amount of rum (about 200mls) and a can of old Jamaica ginger beer.
A fine start to an enjoyable hopefully evening. Two MotD's in one week. (For completeness sake, a moscow mule is vodka lime and ginger beer, and a kentucky mule is bourbon lime and ginger beer - I find the moscow mule thus far the better of the two). Ice if you have it.
