why anybody feels the need to do that to their fellow man is beyond me, see the bloke in the stripey jumper, the viciousness of what he was trying to do was enough to kill a man.

I'm afraid this kinda thing is going to increase, out of the cities and into every town, bars filled with young binge drinkers and loud music are popping up everywhere as soon as the "old fellas" smoking holes are closing down.

SAS? WWI firing squad, that will sort them out.

Or better still turn them quadraplegic so they can't do any harm to anyone anymore.

Who wants to bring their children up in the UK? [Poor language removed] amazes me that so many people want to move here from Poland and wherever, this country is turning into a really violent haven. Now excuse me while I go and get depressed on the Granada Reports Murder news reel.

full charges, attempted murder for everyone then...

...chain gangs.

they work and are brutalised and starved, imagine if the prison population was forced to dig up and relay roads, good honest hard manual labouring.

20 years of that should dry up the vicious cowardly need to harm others.

i have heard about 'the chair' there, there was a case a few years ago where it took 20 minutes for a prisoner condemned to death to die. his eyes melted out of his skull and flames were shooting out of his stomach. he was screaming.

Don't know about that. They've used lethal injection here as long as I can remember.

But I've heard stories like the one you mentioned. I don't recall what TX used before lethal injection.
