Screech ; An Apology

Some time ago on these pages , I offered up a thread titled , Screech Felliani ; Did we mis-read £15 mill' for £1.5 ?

Now , fair enough , I took some stick , both for calling him Screech and also daring to ask the question as to his value . Given my computer problems in the last few months , I have not had oportunity to rectify the issue .
Firstly , as for the " tag " , it sems to have stuck , and moreover , the kids love it , so that's all good .Secondly ,though more importantly , the kid himself has been a revelation . I went to Utd yesterday and to be honest , he didn't have the best of games , yet he's undoubtably a genuine benefit to our first 11 and , as some said at the time , he's a mere baby who can only get better , and let's hope we get to watch him throughout his prime .
Just wanted to make the point .

Thats the thread you are on about - I dont recall anyone giving you stick for calling him Screech, he's always been known as Screech

there is the perfect example of mispronunciation, listen to the liege song and you will realise that it isnt fe-lay-knee at all but fell-aye-EE-knee, i tried to advocate this at the start and we even had a liege fan on here to clear it up yet he got the localised version.
