I work in the construction industry and I have known some very senior members of staff receive written warnings following altercations during company do’s .

They also hand out 10 grand fines for phones going off and get forced to do initiations amongst a thousand other things that dont happen in an office. Getting a slap in an office is also completely different to a playful slap on a night out 6 beers deep.
