Because back in 2019 we had lots of money to spend and could attract a higher calibre of manager my good friend. The following wise words were spoken just 2 months back:

the situation remains the same - why remove Dyche of his duties to bring in someone like Steve Bruce, Graham Potter or Wayne Rooney ? As thats the level of tat we would be attracting.

So the club had a lot of money was your reason. Does that include in the same quote the now newcastle manager eddie howe?

Uh oh, caught lying again.

:coffee:

There’s pages and pages of it.

Due you think he’s concussed from his latest World Championship MMA fight ?

They have all been crap and all rightly legged from the club. Just because one is slightly less crap than another (and believe me, that is a low bar for all 3 of them), doesn’t mean we should stick with the least crap of them.
Why are some still defending Dyche?

Beggars belief......

Even if we win v Bournemouth that still doesn`t make up for 4 straight wins at Goodison, 3 against teams that will be in and around us!

Whats your point here ?

Newcastle could afford a much higher calibre of manager than Eddie Howe.

If we had the Saudi's would I want Dyche as manager ? Of course not.

But we dont have oil money - we have an owner who wants out and the likely new owners who are a group who have recently been late in making a 800k payment to a basketball organisation due to "cash flow" issues.

You're living in cuckoo land if you think we're bringing in a top drawer appointment any time soon.

and he can’t be sacked as we’re still up on the air and i don’t think he will be anyway

Never once stated anything of the kind. You cant just make stuff up. You quoted and laughed in that comment in 2019 at the suggestion of dyche and howe, now stating you were laughing because no club with money should go near them. So howe now at newcastle?

LOL.

What would we do without FB92 to keep us occupied in managerial debates?

Incorrect sir, I said I didnt want them back then and Iwouldn't now if we were still minted.

Thats the problem with our fanbase in a nut shell - too many living in the past, still thinking we're a huge club, still thinking we can appoint CL winners like Carlo and Raffa, worrying themselves sick over what @ForeverBlue92 thought on a particular subject 20 years ago instead of listening to his words of wisdom in the month of October 2023.

My advice is simple - wake up to the reality of the clubs perilous position. Dyche is the best we can hope for under the current set of circumstances. Teeth gnashing and dreaming of Rooney in the dug out or some over chancer is folly.
