2024/25 Sean Dyche

Which we don’t

It's hit and miss, not pretty. Pace isn't there getting past the front man. But it has worked and we can play well in spells.

Additionally the other point is that Frank, Glasner, Iraola are labelled "forward thinking" and everyone would want to swap with Dyche.

But they're playing a variation of "long bal football"

This is a competitive Everton btw

If he going to continue with these long balls he needs to get the team pushed up. To much space from the striker to the midfield, hence why we aren’t winning any knockdowns or second balls. Regardless of his contract situation, I do feel for dcl as it must be a balls ache playing this way.

Spot on.

Imagine having Glasner and O'Neil now...I'd be having kittens.

But let's get rid of the man who can keep us up pretty much guaranteed. 🤪

You’ve just literally said Frank uses long ball because he wants to utilises the pace of his players; so he has a plan

Competitive is a stretch. We looked absolutely terrified. Playing like an away team. It wasn't City, Arsenal or the RS. It was a team that may finish 8

It was a draw so by its nature is competitive.

Some people need to understand that just because we’re at home and we’re called Everton doesn’t give us the right to just muller teams.

Look through the 11s, apart from maybe Pickford over Pope and Ndiaye over Murphy, you’re probably taking a Newcastle player in every position of a combined 11. They’ve got world class midfielders in Guimaraes and Tonali and our former best player upfront for them.

They’re a much better side than we are quality wise and if Dyche is the worse manger of all time that people make him out to be then they effectively had a better team, a better manager, and a better bench, so therefore a point is a decent result.

Cba to go into details of wether he should be here or not right now, but christ we're a tough watch. Ndiaye aside we're just gristle left on the side of a plate.
