you don't get paid anything for gross misconduct, someone get him blitzed at the christmas party and put him in a compromising position where it looks like he's sniffing the magic white powder on a prossies arsecrack
I agree. Least that will be more entertaining watch than what we currently get served up.

The weird internet lie that even Dyche denied about 3 weeks ago. Its not true mate
Hope you’re right mate, but I still wouldn’t trust what Dyche says as reason to believe it isn’t. It’s such a stupid clause to put into a contract that it’s a weird lie to make up in the first place. But guess we will see for facts in a few weeks, as can’t seem him being here much longer.

No I get that individually as fans we might want that, but the point is it’s not fear of being banned by the club or whatever, it’s just a genuine lack of interest. There’s no benefit in a journalist pissing off a premier league manager by asking questions that make them uncomfortable, it’s not an Everton thing, it’s just how it is. There’s no point getting annoyed about those questions not being asked because they never will be, it’s the boards job to hold the manager to account, not the press’s.
Good points
Tbf though, it's way down my list of annoyances about the club atm 😆

The man needed binning weeks ago. It was quite clear he was out his depth. The comments yesterday that the main thing was that we didn’t lose were appalling

If he believes that then he’s an embarrassment. He just seems to be trying to wind the fans up at this stage

Problem is that any new manager will be faced with those horror fixtures in December which is not what you want

I stopped listening to him after Bournemouth. Either he couldnt see it or his ego wouldnt allow it but he blamed everyone else for that collapse. He lost me fully that day.
The only thing Everton fans have to look forward to is gritty 1 goal wins if we're lucky. Even the teams around us show something in trying to expand from what we are guarenteed every week. The same approach. The same tactics. When you hear him speak you can hear he thinks its tried and tested. He honestly thinks he's a brilliant manager.
I cant think of a better phrase than footballing dinosaur.
He did what had to be done last season. But even that you could see and feel how stagnate it was.
He should have been thanked and moved on.

I think this is just a basic misunderstanding of what a press conference is though. The hacks aren’t there to ask tough questions and make him think and squirm, they’re there to get stuff to write in the paper. These fellas aren’t Woodward and Bernstein and they’re not trying to be, they just want a couple of quotes to write in their match preview. If you think the daily telegraph have any interest in holding the Everton manager to account for his decision making you are badly out of touch with the modern world I’m afraid.
We need a deep throat

The man can't beat a 10 man Brentford at home.

He's totally out of his depth and he knows he is just keeping the seat warm now.

He is incapable of changing a game tactically. Yesterday he went to a 4-4-2 and we threatened less because the chance was quite clearly 3-4-3 or 3-5-2 so keep the pressure on and create width. He is blinded by scraping games to maintain his

How can we expect the players to be motivated to perform if their manager is coming out and telling the media how crap they are every single week? He has no man management skills whatsoever. More of a self preservationist than Benitez.
On the one hand this - but on the other hand there are areas of man management where he really excels:

  • Feeling players shins to check they are wearing shin pads in training.
  • Banning snoods and anything else that makes training more pleasant.
  • Banning headphones because players won’t hear his banter with them on.
  • Clipping players he won’t pick round the head at dinner.
  • Insisting on being called ‘Gaffer’ because it helps him feel less inadequate.

I do believe that Sean Dyche knows now he will not continue to be Everton manager for much longer.
I think when the Friedkin deal was announced he had a chance to keep the job until the end of the season but I think that is gone now.

We are probably the worst, the dullest team in the league.

The problem may be finding the manager to replace him in mis season and that is why I think the David Moyes stories are circulating.
They may not be wrong.

Only six months contracts to pay up for Dyche and his management .
Moyes is without a club and would probably jump at the chance of managing Everton for si months.
If he does well then he might get a longer contract.

Walked in the door 21 months and 25 days ago and he’s still banging on about how the time before has somehow not allowed him to shape this team into any sort of modern day football structure.
664 days of Sean Dyche has led us to a November where we haven’t even scored a goal.
What. A. Manager.
41 seconds it took him in the press conference to mention how it’s been like that before he got here

The thing with Dyche is we all knew we were going to get this type of football, and these type of results when he was appointed. The more optimistic of us may have thought, better squad (marginally) than Burnley so he may show something different but it wasn’t to be and he’s played into most people’s initial narrative. He’s done his bit in the first 1.5 seasons but as soon as expectations marginally increases (whether reasonable or not), he has no second gear…,he just does not know how.

I don't think Moyes is the long term answer but is light years ahead of Dyche in managerial terms.

I just don't see a 6 month deal working due to the continuing uncertainty and I don't see him taking it either .
