2024/25 Sean Dyche

Good Bye you utter charlatan, the clock is now officially ticking

You're negative football and gaslighting of the fanbase will never be forgotten by real Evertonians

Enjoy doing more Masterclasses on a podcast
Thank you gaffer. Real evertonians will understand the job you've done in keeping us afloat during a time of turmoil. Ignore the kopite naysayers who enjoy when Everton lose as it gets them likes on the internet.

I honestly think he deserves credit for keeping us when he first arrived and for keeping the ship steady during a very difficult season last time with a host of challenges . This year I think it feels really difficult to say he’s done anything but underperform

The job is done. Domesday scenario mitigated. His critics won’t like it but his legacy here is assured now. He led us from the brink of total ruin to being taken over by billionaire owners as we move into a brand new stadium.

The alternative was lower league football, fire sale of all assets, administration, leasing the new stadium, and god knows who owning us, maybe even liquidation.

The new owners can now pick their new manager, spend money and move us forward as a club free from points deductions and sell to loan policies. That’s thanks to Sean Dyche and the job he did here that we’re now looking at this opportunity rather than talking about the unthinkable alternatives.

Well i would take every single one of the current other 18 managers in this league now over him barring Southampton manager.

I would take Carrick over him
I would take Allardyce over him
I would take Moyes over him
I would take Carsley over him
I would take Southgate over him
I would take Potter over him

I dont rate any of the above, that doesnt mean any of the above i want as the next manager, absolutely not but i would rather them be here than this fella.
They're just the British managers there is a massive world out there to choose from, hundreds of them who's CV will show us that the clubs they've managed have improved, players being improved, league positions massively improved, win percentage improved.

Gets a bit pathetic from them all really. And if that’s their approach, then it says all you need to know.

Back on Dyche. Hope he gets us a win this weekend. Damn sure could do with the points.
It’s not disingenuous. It’s was a joke.
The thread is dominated by people that are upset at the predicament we are in.
Most people are on other threads moaning about how bad our players are.
Then on this thread saying the squad isnt that bad.

They are then asked what the solution is and we have run off a bunch of names that are no way certain of improving the team. Amongst them - Alladyce? Carsley? One hasn’t worked for years and was genuinely hated here and plays a style of football that is compariable to Dyche, the other Carsley would be thrown in to a position of his first job on a knife’s edge. Sorry if I can’t respect your blueprint for the future.

“This lot” which you are calling Dychettes, and the “Dyche out” brigade are litterally a hairs breath away from each other.
Really the “Dychettes” want to wait to new owners come in with a plan and then move forward, the “Dyche Out” just seem to agree on sacking him now with no foresight, pointing that it’s Thelwells job.
Yet Thelwell who is now held up as the most intelligent man amongst us on these matters and probably is well away of the backroom issues seems to think it is sensible to stick.

Unlucky ste, your dad will be binned and the 38k people inside the Old Lady will rejoice

No more negativity with fans feeling disheartened walking to goodison park

The cloud will be lifted and positively will be restored.

Where are we in the spending league this year vs the teams above us?

Let me check.

Does an internet forum provide air? Water? Food?

I don’t believe it does
Well, air can be accessed whilst on the internet as it is all around us. As for food and water, I assume people just have their mums bringing it to them while they rage in the basement.

Everybody has opinions mate , I think this side has underperformed this year . Im Not hating on the manager and I’m not saying he hasn’t worked under restrictions. however if you think this team is playing to its potential and you’re happy with what you’re Seeing then we disagree.

I was minded to be happy with the manager getting to the seasons end before he left , for me this year has made that very difficult and I suspect the new owners may think the same . If he wins a couple of the next few then obviously opinions may change but that feels unlikely .

It’s all about opinions isn’t it ?
