2024/25 Sean Dyche - Sacked

Trigger warning for the fact that follows:

3 draws gives you the same amount of points as a win

I was actually quietly confident going into the “Nightmare Dec”.

Dyche knows how to pull a result out when it’s made tight margins.

I’m actually more apprehensive about the next 4, were the expectation will be to compete for the win. Dyche struggles with this, the inferiority complex kicks in and we are more open and expansive, without the players to finish it and get picked off, especially at home.

Forest and Bournemouth could easily give us the ball, we go on the front foot, we make loads of chances, don’t finish them then get picked off.

Thats what teams will try and do, we have to be more Ipswich then Southampton.

@chicoazul

what are your thoughts on your compadre @davek who was willing to throw the towel in before a ball had even been kicked?

Wanted to rest penalty saving hero Pickford and play a weakened team, ie just not bother trying to get a point.

How do you feel about waving a white flag before a ball has even been kicked?
Why is everyone doing mentality monster today?

@davek is my comrade, he sees the bigger picture so was happy to free hit this. But our staunch leader Dyche turned water into wine.

One point extra to the Everton #ThankYouGaffer

Credit to him for getting a point out of these past 3 matches. Makes up for exactly one of those horrific losses & draws to start the season.

Can we handily beat other relegation threatened teams? Not convinced. True test will be Leicester at home in February.

Forest, Bmouth will be good tests too.

Because against last 3 teams we could sit deep and counter.

Forest and Bournemouth are also teams that rather react and counter and not taking the initiative at first.

I used to do that, those little yellow notes written in blue ink of course.

Did you know over grown jacket potato head Darren Farley? He posts on here quite regularly, as does two individuals of a prominent LFC YouTube channel.

I’ll have to look through my files, I’ve already reported a couple of people who are pretending to support Dyche to antagonise others to my local police station. Just waiting for a response.
Blue ink, of course.

So our players have been able to go toe to toe in 3 consecutive matches against 3 of the best teams in the country. Conceding just once in those games and could have genuinely won two of them.

Yet we are gasdyched continually by being told that we shouldn’t expect anything from them because they are all awful players and it’s inconceivable to expect us to go to teams like Southampton and win because what is Dyche expected to do with “these players”.

All championship level players mate managed by a miracle worker.

Take a day off from crying

Can you find me a post that says that? I don’t think I ever saw anyone post that. The Soton game was a shocker, everyone accepts that.
