Benitez, I'm struggling now, because much as I hated Allardyce, he was a far better manager than Dyche and, having watched nearly all of Walkers games, even he had more of a clue, oh Lampard, yes he was just about as hopeless as Dyche, but,, he was a much more likeable man. Yes but that’s not what was said. They said for every minute Southampton had the ball we had it for 15 seconds. So over 75 seconds they had it for one minute and we had it for 15 seconds. 60/75 = 4/5 = 80% to them and 15/75 = 1/5 = 20% to us

Mate, you’re confusing yourself at every turn here.

Whatever increment you use, Southampton get 75% of that increment, and Everton gets 25%.

Ergo, if you break it down into 1 min increments, Soton get 45 secs and we get 15 secs possession.

2 min increments, would be 90 secs for Soton, and 30 secs for us.
