He knows that it will not be extended.

He's hoping and planning to be sacked, in order to get some kind of pay off.

This is exactly what's happening.

We are so much of a basket case club, our manager would be better off actively getting sacked than he would doing a good job, he's not gonna get a new contract so getting sacked gets him an extra 5m and 8 months paid whilst he's off.

ou can already see it in the players now, the lack of self belief, the way they respond when they go a goal down and even when the opposition equalise or just score a goal.

We're well beyond that now! No self belief to keep a lead

This 'poor team' argument form the Dyche fans just doesn't cut it for me.

The starting 11 and 3-4 subs are absolutely fine and should be finishing mid table. yes we are short in a few areas but most clubs are.

We have zero tactics, no strategy and no identity.

a better manager gets more form these players.

The mad thing is, we have a so called survival specialist… who is putting us into a relegation battle in the first place!

Anyway, pointless, bit strange seeing it but interesting to see we have fans being okay with rock bottom and a manager who keeps talking about how we've got the worst football squad since the inception of the sport and the great things he did at Burnley half a decade ago.

Exactly this, at this point our own fans are supporting the manager above the club and I can only assume they enjoy seeing the misery and want to see nothing more than Everton cease to exist rather than sack a genuinely crap manager.

I can`t fathom that thinking, I have words for it but they will get me banned.

If you support Dyche there is no way on this Gods earth are you after what is best for Everton, so what is your agenda?

If Dyche did indeed rest the players, then good on him.

He's under massive pressure but still putting the club first.

If they’re ill, they’re ill, but if he has rested players to avoid injuries, that’s a bad call and the tail wagging the dog, given our current early form, playing a reasonably full strength side may have seen us win, we need confidence.

These minority of fans should be ashamed of themselves. Plenty of fans who can't get a ticket who would be creating a positive atmosphere during the match. The club should start confiscating tickets from the worst offenders.

There was thousands of tickets available last night you utter cretin; maybe those fans stayed away because of the utter horseshite being served up

We as a fan base need to stop supporting failure and start hounding out the likes of Dyche!

Our support of poor managers is getting us nowhere, we need to make more noise to get him out because this fella will relegate us!

There was a fella sat not far from myself screaming abuse at Young coming on mate.

Young does not pick himself and is only at the club due to our dire finances.
