2024/25 Sean Dyche

It is actually worse than that, he is taking us backward with his tactics and management philosophy.

Especially with his in game-management and line ups. We showed that we can play solid direct football, create some chances with right players against Bournemouth and also Leicester the first half that was on a good level of football, but his decisions played a big role us going out with 1 instead of 6 points.

I had the conviction you get mostly out with a point once you lead under Dyche, but also when you go behind you, basically never win until this season. Because he knows getting those ugly 1:0 wins.

I think he starts games ok, but doesn't know how to manage the dynamism of the modern game. I don't want to lay into his recent form of losing leads, I just want to point out that he is the type of manager who will never win in his managerial career owing to his crippling ideology and stubborn mindset.

Yep, he is not suited for big clubs with ambition after saving them, that almost any manager whose job is to manage teams that are premier league stugglers isn't going to have a great win/loss record. That's clear in the context.

I think we are now in a position, where we can look a bit more than just 17th. Dyche had his impact on getting us out of the worst then stabilizing us last season overall (not the awful third we had between Jan-March), but he can't keep the level, as we are on 0.88p since last December.

That's relegation battle or even relegation.

Think about this. Thelwell and Douche thought Maupay, Beto were Premier Lge footballers. And their excuses never end:
1. Its the fans..( Eustongate).
2. Injuries to one player ( Branthwaite).
3. We dont have a right back.( You never bought one!!)
4. We have stuff going on behind the scenes noone knows about.
Etc, etc, etc….

Results tell the whole story. Incompetence on a grand scale..

Those thinking all will be OK when Branthwaite is back are seriously deluded, he was in a Dyche side that went 4 months and 15 games without a win last season!

Maupay could have worked, I mean he played in a low scoring Brighton side 121 goals in 3 seasons with 33 direct involvements, we paid 12m for him.
