1613: Steven Gerrard goes over very easily in the penalty area, but ref Martin Atkinson isn't falling for that. Replays show that there was little or no contact with Steven Nzonzi.

Gerrard "If I saw a team-mate doing it I would definitely have a word. I don't think there is anything worse than a diving player - it ruins the game"

He is simply a massive bell of epic proportions.

It's astounding how he gets away with it, yet someone like Andy Johnson was demonised by all and sundry.

Made up he's [Poor language removed] now.

His leg strings have gone, never gonna be the same player.

Only thing that will make it better is if he breaks a toe bone or something at the end of May and we get to see a close up of his dry red eyes trying to cry.

He can't cry. His insides are all wrong.

Even though he's a redshite, I always appreciated his talents as a player. As a person though, he would walk into my most hated 11. He really is a **** of the highest order.(n)

This.

Good player, [Poor language removed] person.

Picked up where they left off in the Derby. Absolute ******* trash they are without Torres.

The phone-ins will be good. "We need financing to keep up with Chelsea and United"

Deluded.

I so knew the thread would be about this when i saw the title!

Watched the second half of this earlier. First time at normal speed it looked like a typical dive the way he threw himself to the floor.

But on second viewing on a replay it looked even worse. Sure the defender didnt get the ball but you could see his foot go past Gerrards as he threw his body to the floor.

Disgraceful dive but i expect nothing less from him these days.

Just saw this on RAWK earlier, apparently they have some sort of thing going on for everyone to 'try and get at least one other person to support Liverpool'.

Saturday. Normal standard beerfest in my world. I could either stay home and watch the game, OR bring my digital tv-card thingy to the mate I was going to for the beerfest. I did the latter. "This will be a good opportunity to show him the reds" I thought. He's 100% careless about football. Not even a fav team in the swedish league.

Bring on Blackburn! Zzzzzz... Im at a loss. What a dull performance. But atleast I got something started. I'll show him the Istanbull match. If that doesn't move him, I'll Ill him. Win/win situation.

Just sums up the whole club to me. Nobody in their right mind would want anything to do with them at the moment (or in general really), so they try and win people over with a poxy 45 minutes from 5 years ago.
