She's got a bit of a bog-eye her. I get the impression she's the director's wife or something, the director being insistent that she's attractive enough to front the ad. She's not though, not really.

Oh yeah and what the fcuk's she laughing about at the end.

I think she may be laughing about the fact she's getting paid for that ad.

Btw, its the worst fake laugh i've ever heard. Worse than Penguin's laugh in the old Batman series.
