We are having a rememberance day service at a club I attend and have been tasked to provide the music for last post, hymns etc.

Have got everything except the 23rd Psalm, the lord's my shepherd. Would have liked to get it on Itunes but all there are is choirs, and a rap version, I kid you not. So any help would be appreciated pointing me in the direction of downloading the music for the 23rd Psalm, over to you lads, thanks in advance.

Thanks very much mate, yes, a backing track that I can save onto itunes playlist, I wand to make up a cd of the music ie for the different verses of the hymns and last post. Don't want to be fiddling around with cds during the service. Am going to keep trying, but if you can find just the music which I can put in my Itunes library I can make a cd there. Thanks again for your help so far (y)(y)(y)

That is fantastic BB, you are a jem, now, any idea how I can transfer that file to my Itunes library? Am almost an it novce but can follow instructions well, in anticipation, many thanks.

I don't use itunes, but if you right click and select save target as, you can download it, and then drag it onto your player.

Any time Jeff.
I might be able to find you a sweeter version, and if so, I'll post it.
I have many many pro musician friends who could knock things like that up pretty quickly, but it's a bit early as they'll probably be at work and might not be available. I'd do it myself but I don't really have the recording gear at hand, nor the time at the moment unfortunately.

I'm sure the other lads here can solve your itune prob though.:)

Tried clicking and dragging the icon in my docs onto Itunes but didn't work. May have to source a cd or disc version and download that. Gets ready to knock on the neighbours' doors. 'Excuse me, do you have a copy of the lord's my shepheard on cd or disc I could borrow?'

Stands back and waits for the men in white coats.

Thanks again for all your help. pos rep on the way,

No such thing as a slightly unusual request on GOT. In fact, we don't even get run of the mill unusual requests on here. (y)

Asked today about your itunes, and apparantly it is copyright sensitive. The advice I was given was to put it into your music / media player files first before transfering.
Hope this helps.

Many thanks BB, I am still trying to get a CD or record to download it from. Again many thanks for your trouble. By the way, do you have a dark secret, or something I should be aware of? Check out the Monty thread. Insinuations are being made :lol::lol:

dunno if this is any help!

How to Add Downloaded MP3s to iTunes - Add MP3s to iTunes - Download MP3s to iTunes - iTunes MP3s

But what if you download an MP3 from another website? How do you add it to iTunes? Well, here’s how you do it.

Find the MP3 online and download it. The file will go wherever you specify, but usually your desktop or My Music folder.

Find the file in the location it's been downloaded to. If you can't find it, use your computer's search tool to look for it.

Drag the file into an open iTunes window. It will have a plus sign next to it to indicate that it is being added.

iTunes will process the file and add it to the right location automatically. Voila!

The song will be added to your iPod at the next sync.
