Post on TW- chance would be a fine thing, been down for 15 days now!

People are saying the same thing really- we need a couple more quality players and fringe players to perform when called upon.

No problem buddy. I also apologise if I have said anything that you have seen as being wrong or untowards. You are a great character here and I hope I have not offended you also. I just read it that you were upset at something I had said so I responded.

As you were saying, I think the original message can sometimes be taken wrong. I often get people telling me my emails sometimes sound as if im in a bad mood, maybe I need to work on my writing style! Apologies. :)
 
Out of curiosity, why did most people move over to this forum from toffeeweb? Was it due to the growing negativity? (sorry i know this is off topic)
 

Chico is posting at the same time and I am sure his response will be more witty than mine- however the biggest problem on there was Garry the 'forum owner' he was just a bit of a tit that alienated everyone that made it what it was.
 

I thought I remembered him. I take it he's not on this forum then? I used to read the TW forum fairly regularly, then I went away for a bit, came back and it was deserted, all the regulars were gone, so I figured you'd all moved on somewhere else, just didnt know where. It was like going on holidays to come home and find your family had moved away! (ok maybe not that bad)

Thanks for the info lads, that clears that little mystery up for me.

Garrys exact words a few months back when I asked him why TW was down:

'I dont give a [Poor language removed] about the forum, I did forums when I was about 14- I dont give a [Poor language removed] that its down'

Might have something to do with why its been down for a while
