He is no DCL I will give you that.

To be fair, I think overall he's a better all round player than DCL and it's probably worth you not being too harsh on one of your own players, I guess it's possible if DCL stays fit that he'll surpass him and I obviously hope he will but I think both are probably at that level below the very good players.

Kane probably needs to leave Spurs to get back in the England team.

Ha ha, I don't think it's quite there yet - players like Coady and Mings were in the squad so don't think Spurs is the problem - but I guess if he wants to be the main man for England for a few more years then it might make sense for him to play at a club with higher expectations of him as I can see him as someone who might respond to being pushed both with his skill levels and his repeat injury problems.

Nothing I hate more than loyalty in players. I don't think players should play for any other team apart from City, United, Chelsea or Liverpool. Shows a lack of ambition.

I'm not suggesting he SHOULD do it - loyalty is good and could do him well as he'd be unlikely to be the star at, for example, United or Arsenal so could always backfire on him (think one of our mutual players - Nick Barmby and his disloyalty). I was just saying it's possible a move to one of those could help push him to the next level and help him with his injuries etc

i assume you're on the wind up but if DCL ever hits 30 PL goals in a season i will eat my hat

Personally I think he is playing mind games with them. Threatening to return for one last year on £600k per week unless they let him leave on favourable terms.
This seems to make the most sense.
Why would Bale want to go back to RM and play for Zinedine Zidane, when the two absolutely loathe each other?
And it's the type of loathing that even a season apart from one another can't fix.

Bale's playing a bluffing man's game it looks like... lol
And that's definitely not his forte. If it doesn't contain footballs, golf clubs or man buns, then he's already out of his depth.

I can see him being hoisted with his own petard.
