Noticed that the tower lighting system appears to be "on the blink". It keeps flashing intermittently blue and green for some reason. Does anyone know if it's genuinely knackered?

Or maybe it's a secret code for something? Anyone fluent in Morse Code?

The club having a cryptic dig at the Premier League maybe?


Or am I overthinking it?

I'd attach a video taken from my phone of it last night but keep getting an error message (the file format is MP4)

You are over thinking it...now step away from the curtain,put down the can of Skol Super,close up the bag....and go to bed.

Apparently there was once a tunnel that went straight through to St George’s Hall.

I’ve been in those tunnels under St George’s Hall although they don’t run from Everton Brow.

They run from what is now the Wetherspoons right under Lime Street.

Absolutely cavernous.

….yep, apparently there was one going to Everton Brow (mentioned recently in the Old Pictures thread) but it was blocked a long time ago. It does seem a bit of a hike so no idea if true but the pics of those tunnels are amazing.

Another one was found in the 90's. Led straight to Goodison's chairman's office, next to those steps.
