EFC Si

Player Valuation: £25m
Which ones would they use, and how many per city can you have? I think you need 10 altogether. Here's what i think they'll use:

Wembley
Emirates
OT
City of manc
St James park
Stadium of light

Other possibilities that I'm not sure would be allowed or haven't been built yet:

Twickenham
Millenium Stadium (obviously it's in Wales but the major welsh teams are all in the english leagues and it's been used for the FA cup/Carling cup/Playoffs)
Spurs new ground
The [Poor language removed]'s new ground

I think the new Olympic stadium will be one of them...and they would look to use the major cities soooo

London:
- Olympic Stadium
- Emirates
- Wembley

Manchester
- Old Trafford
- City of Manchester

North East
- St James Park or whatever its called these days
- Stadium of Light

Liverpool
- Analfield

Midlands
- Villa Park

That leaves one other, and it will probably be the Millenium Stadium due to its geographical position In the West/South West...

Anyway whats the point as we wont get it..everyone on Fifa's select committee hates us...as we dont give out goodie bags!

Can't use it can they? It's in wales

It'll either go to Bristol or Plymouth

I hope Plymouth, the city needs it, and I get to watch world cup football.

i don't think it's going to come to england.

the decision is in 12 months and by the sounds of it we are well off the pace.

This as well

As has been said, we could easily host it tomorrow, but we have to sell it right.

lets be honest though, we should be getting the world cup just 'because'. the idea that england hasn't hosted a world cup in 52 years (by 2018) is an absolute disgrace.

Well yeah given the current worldwide status of the Premier League you'd think we'd be getting the next one.

I would hope that we have a stadium fit for holding a world cup match in 8 years time. If we get the world cup and we're still in this shed...well I'll cross that bridge in 8 years time.

the decision will have had to be made long before then. the plans for a stadium, and i reckon it will need to have been started before getting fa approval, as it would need to be part of the bid.
when does the bid need to be submitted ?

the shoites wont be ready btw.

I thought it was just the cities that had to bid now, and I suppose they could sort the stadia out later.
