Seems i need Permission to change my Status . Can i have Permission Please

At the moment, only Upgraded Members can change their status.

All members will eventually be able to change their status, I'm just waiting for an added feature - that being a section on the forums showing all recent status update changes.

When I click on the blue pen, a little blue bar (that usually says 'connecting' when I click on a new page) pops up in the bottom of the screen saying 'javascript://'
