To be honest I thought this was really funny, but also know why he did it.
My bird is dutch and we go and stay with her parents in Gronigen once or twice a year, and I find I talk in this slightly weird accent and say things totaly different to back home. Its really so they understand what i'm going on about, as even though they speak brilliant english, they wouldn't understand me totaly if I just rambled on like normal. So you miss certain words out, pronounce them slightly different etc.
However when i'm doing it i'm not being filmed and likely to end up on youtube... so for that Mr McClaren you are a piemel hoofd!
p.s. that means Penis Head - its the only insult I know in Dutch![]()
my dad works a schipol airport every now and again spraying planes so he knows a little dutch but all he has ever taught me was this phrase![]()
did they tell you that sewer was already full?

Sorry, but been out for the day. It's pronounced as schaamlippen broodje, but more important, did he get what he asked for?he did sound like a tit the other day but it would be his 'speaking to cloggies' accent, he no doubt had a chat then went for a skamlippen brodje (can you confirm if this is the correct phrase please dutchtoffee), either way we told an aussie mate to ask for 1 in the bakery in wijk-aan-zee.
The word Piemel hoofd is actually not used as an insult, as it's the literal translation from the word Penis head or d*ckh**d. The correct phrase would be "eikel". But agree, the words Piemel hoofd give a special meaning to it.my dad works a schipol airport every now and again spraying planes so he knows a little dutch but all he has ever taught me was this phrase![]()
