Just sell Torres and Mascherano. Job done. (y)

Great news all round, he's on the decline and I didn't want them getting spending money from selling him.

Roy might just know what to do with money unlike the last one. Zamora natch.

Wooo.

Bet he finds the form of his life next season now.
But somehow, i doubt it.

I'd keep a close eye on Mascherano's situation. That'll be way, way more of a problem for them if they lose him. Players of that quality in that position are as rare as hens teeth. Hodgson would probably move for a replacement like Etuhu...underlining their fall from status.

I'm loving how the signing of Joe Cole and that announcement is making the Kopites completely ignore the 15% ticket price increase.

And does this automatically mean Torres will stay?

They do make me laugh. They really do.

Fact is a move actually was in SG's best interest. Owen left his move too late. But SG at 29 was rejected by Real because the RS wanted to much for an old footballer! Don't think there has been any interest from other clubs so SG was left with Hobsons's choice. No surprise really, who wants him apart from the RS.

Worst case for me would be if they managed to sell him for £25-30Million Woy might actually bring in someone young and useful for that kind of money ....

I'm glad he's still staying...with his dodgy legs, his stoopy shoulders, and his £150K a week wages until he's 34..
His best days are past him, he's on the decline, and best of all he's helping to bleed them dry.....

Lovin it

Paul Duckworth will play the role of “bitter and twisted” character Dixie

******* hell. That's like an Evertonian writing a part in a play for 'Scouser Tommy - the wall pushing manslaughterer'.

FFS.

I never used to mind the Echo, but it is definatly biased and rightly described as 'The Red Echo'.

Remember the sock throwing thing when they chucked them on the pitch in the FA Cup replay. Described as funny and humouress by those 'witty' RS fans, completly ignoring that throwing objects on the pitch is a criminal offence

It won't let me log in to comment on that! the swines.

Only "bitter and twisted" ones are the Kopites realising that they're in the [Poor language removed] !

It's completely derogatory to Evertonians.

As soon as Everton get's brought up "bitter and twisted".

Hang on a second do these people know whats going on right now or what? 15% ticket price increase... and they're calling us bitter and twisted??????

The bias is ridiculous.

"why on earth are the echo supporting a story of a film that names a supposed everton pub the bitter and twisted arms?
and that's supposed to be balanced?
is the liverpool pub called the nicking tickets off kids tavern?

no,thought not.

or was that chelsea?
"

I like that one. (y)

"glue sniffers paradise" more like the cheeky ****s!
