Subscribed to threads

Why have I suddenly started getting emails updating me on every thread I've ever posted in?

They're also all listed on the 'Settings' screen.

I don't remember changing any settings although that is always possible (beer), I may well have forgotten. How do I stop it happening?

Oh and did I also change something that automatically logs me out after 15 minutes?

Quite annoying to construct yet another amazing, erudite and concise post only to find it's taken me too long and it got lost in the post...

(Just happened to me while adding The Girlfriend Experience to The Film Club - I even ctrl + C'ed it but I must have misclicked)
