What patience? A huge chunk of our fan base began the summer with zero patience and have somehow managed to become more impatient as the days pass.

People were freaking out before the brands appointment - we got about a week of optimism after that and it's been downhill from there.

It’s obvious the stark contrast in our speed of transfers when we’ve sold Lukaku or Stones. I know we’ve got a new sporting director but West Ham appointed a new one roughly same time as us, and it doesn’t hinder them?

Maybe dithering Dave is now, dithering Denise (baxendale)!

I’m with a previous poster, when does our patience run out? We need a new starting left back and a new centre back at least. Surely we won’t be starting with jags or Williams.

The personnel changes but it’s the same auld Everton incompetence regarding transfers.

I was told that Everton were very confident of getting the lad from Celtic by the end of this week. The player and his agent had agreed terms in principle with the clubs left to thrash out a deal. However, the clubs could not agree terms. Everton ‘withdrew’ from negotiations in the hope of forcing Celtics hand but now another club has come in and are now leading the pursuit for his signature.

Another one bites the dust it seems.

Probably the same old,they wanted 25 so we offered 24.5 nonsense.Nothing much changes,even with a billionare owner.

Remember back to the summer of 2008 where we made zero first XI signings until the 11th hour after selling Johnson, Carsley and loan players returning to their clubs. We made the cup final and finished 5th. We've been here before and it hasn't impacted us massively.
This summer reminds me a bit of 2004 after Moyes cleared out the squad and just brought in Cahill and Bent. Hopefully though our remaining squad step up to plate and over achieve just like 14 years ago...

Tell you what, why don't you channel your boundless negative energy to creating one of those pathetic posters on a stick and walk around the Finch Farm gates declaring what a fraud Moshiri is, How Uncle Bill has sold us down the river, how Silva isn't the manager for us etc etc ad infinitum. You really are like a broken record...and a really bad One Direction one at that. This is a forum and people are entitled to their opinions but by God yours is so far removed from reality its not real. I bet you wear a silver foil hat and run round shouting the aliens are coming..either that or Sniederlins not going. My mum always told me never to listen to negative people because they only bring you down to their level, you are not the only dissenting voice but you do seem to be doom monger No1. I hope life treats you kinder in the coming weeks and Months so that you can go outside and enjoy breathing in the fresh air and feel the warm glow of the sun on your skin. Either that or a nice lady takes pity on you. Cheer up mate..don't worry...be Happy!
