I could see us being offered Barkley back on loan with Drinkwater. He’s clearly not going to get any game time at Chelsea under Sarri.

The loan market would work for us whilst the manager intills and refines his preferred formation.

He'd be our best midfielder by a country mile - everything we are missing. Pace, ball carrying and forward passing.

You are right there. I reckon gana Morgan and Davies are more creative

I hate Schneiderlin, like proper hate him. Williams too. I have never despised one of our players before. Sure, I've not liked seeing certain useless clowns in the team, but I didn't have them. These two though, with their disinterest and shameful lack of professionalism. Would give anything to see them punted

Sadly, but honestly, I’d take Williams over Keane and Jagielka all day long.

Mawson and Gibson spring to mind but I’d hope we are looking to be more progressive with our signings.
One of these as a secondary defender with a Mina type would be very nice.

Ben Gibson is a very good defender. Far far better than Mawson. He's not a bad option if we are genuinely not getting anywhere with other targets.
