Gnonto Dom Danjuma

Dwight
Onana. Garner

Does look so much better like. am not sure about relying on Dom tho. I do hope his injury troubles are behind him.
I said the other day I don’t see McNeil as a 10 he’s to one footed imo. Big if I know but hopefully dele turns a corner and gets back to the player he was or even 80% would make him a first choice.

Of course he only had “moments”. Most players outside of a very select few only have moments during games. We’re in one of the worlds elite leagues.
For me there is a level he can reach without being world class where he’s finding the spaces and threatening more.

Dwight McNeil is not a good fit for the LW position at Everton FC. His success rate when it comes to dribbling, crossing, and shooting is significantly lower than the average in the Premier League. His success rate for dribbling is only 40%, compared to the average of 54%. His success rate for crossing is only 19%, compared to the average of 24%. His success rate for shooting is only 45%, compared to the average of 56%. He also lacks the speed needed to be successful in the LW position.

In comparison, Danjuma and Gnonto are better fits for the LW position. Danjuma has a success rate of 46% for dribbling, 22% for crossing, and 48% for shooting. Gnonto has a success rate of 52% for dribbling, 27% for crossing, and 51% for shooting. Both players have higher success rates than McNeil in all three categories and have the speed needed to succeed in the LW position.

McNeil may be more suited to a different position. He could potentially flourish in a central midfield role due to his passing accuracy, which is currently at 81%. This is significantly higher than the Premier League average of 70%. His vision and ability to pick out passes make him a great candidate for that position.
Do you watch football or jusr read stats?

Do the stats tell how much room he created for others? How often he chose to dribble instead of being forced into it by lack of support? How often the centre forward should have got on the end of a cross? How many targets he had to aim for? Whether he was dribbling to create opportunities or to relieve pressure while the defence gets into shape?

Stats can be useful, (in fact some stats show that they are important 16% of the time), but don't try to judge a.player on stats alone - without context they are completely meaningless
