Yeah got Saudi written all over him but then if that was happening you'd think it'd happen by now, not like they couldn't meet his demands. Needs to sh- or get off the pot though before he misses a full pre-season. Had 6 months to sort a club.

Anything I have read about Villa and Gnonto is that we want both players and not just Gnonto if we can't get Diaby. I am still unsure if we will get Diaby, lots of media reporting that the Saudi club still wants him and will match any offer Villa makes and give silly wages. I suppose if Newcastle wants him on loan in Jan the PIF will just have to keep offering more money

This is what we hope is Everton’s trump card, isn't it? Gnonto won't be guaranteed a regular place in the team at Villa. Here he could be playing every game

Not really no, I am not sure why we are linked with him, but 99% of the links are all BS. But most of the links I have read suggested we wanted both Diaby and Gnonto. But I am also reading we want Sancho and Ferran Torres which is more BS but there is a theme from them that we appear to be looking for another wide striker. Saying all that I think one of the most important positions for Villa is RB as we just lost our first choice RB from last season to Everton and he was brilliant for us last year. We have only got Cash as an established RB now and he lost his place to Young
