Thelwell has been here for two full windows that nearly killed the club and we have him still messing round, bigging up Bill In interviews, and performing way way below the acceptable level for a person in his position.

My point was its difficult to say how good/bad he is in a very limited sample size in a poor team.
Not saying tete would be any better for us not even saying I want him but saying he's awful cos of his time at Leicester alone is a bit harsh.

Not trying to defend Thelwell but the changes in the manager and the financial constraints must make the job very difficult. It may be more suited to someone with a network of contacts in South America where the budget could possibly go further
