I can't see how putting someone in a role that is 'Head of' is making accountability more blurred, surely it is the opposite. Sanllehi would presumably be the one accountable for all football related matters; transfers, manager, youth etc etc. To me, it is exactly what EFC needs and sounds very much that this is coming from MSP to introduce accountability and to keep Morhiri and others away from the football side of the club

All these outgoings need to be replaced. Based on this clubs past recruitment record we will probably be begging for Gray to come back. I have zero confidence that whoever comes in will be better or even if anyone comes in at all.

True. I quite like Gray he will score or assist in one out of four games, but he's inconsistent but for 1.5m he was one of our better recent buys. However Gray doesn't fit into Dyche's system he doesn't track back enough on the wing and he isn't really a striker. So if we get a good fee of over 15 m we sell, a lot can be done with that money we can put down payments on a few players.
