Sunday Morning Football

Anyone playing football themselves in here?

I play for Rock Sports in Divsion 3 in the Kidderminster League on a Sunday, left mid/centre mid or up front.....pretty much if I was an Everton player (even though I've never seen him kick a ball for Everton Ha) I'd like to think I'm a Bily type player, I would just cost approx 10m less

So, anyone else play, what league, what team, what position, how you getting on, and if you were an Everton player, fair enough I'm not saying we're as good as, but are you your clubs version of Jags etc?

I play for Lydd United in the Ashford and District Saturday League on Saturdays of course! Sundays I play for Lydd Grasshoppers Fc in the Ashford and District Sunday league.

Play in goal for both teams. Saturday team has played 2 games and we have won both 4-1 and 4-0. Sunday team season starts in the morning.

I love sunday morning footy, theres nothing better. Some of the most passionate people about football play sunday mornings. It's boss when you get a great team and a lot of banter.

We just lost 6-1 mate! Fuming!

Used to have a 6 a side on a monday night. 1st season was good, finished 3rd. Not bad considering we never played well and the top 2 teams were ex-pro's/semi-pro's or rejected acadamy players.

This season I had to drop the team as no one was turning up due to work etc, we didnt know that many people who could play, and if we did get people in they were [Poor language removed].

Tried looking for a Sunday league team but its a bit late now as the seasons have started.
