So as to see what is good versus bad. They don’t sell supplements, they independently test them.

Tbf even if it was good and does what it promises, the chances of actually getting it from what gets sold as ‘Lions Mane’ over the t’internet is probably quite low!
It illegal to pick and is a highly protected so not sure who / where it’s being cultivated for mass distribution as a supplement.

You should only be able to take lions mane if you've fought the lion yourself and took it.

I had a berocca once and my wee turned radioactive yellow. It was like the class of nuke-em high, panicked like mad until someone told me it's a side effect. Could have told me before like.

Glass of water first thing and one right before bed.
