Just noticed that although I can't add my own tags to threads (like some - hmmm), I can add other people's old tags simply by writing something in the box which has been written as a tag before. Strange.
Why is that? And why can't I add tags when others can?
See, all the tags below are from the "tag bank".
You can add 5 if you start a thread, and 2 if you add to a thread.
