An horrendous Illness, my thoughts go not just to the victim but more to those loved ones who have to watch its pernicious effect
 
I met the bloke a couple of times during my travels and only have "THUD" in my collection that is missing his autograph. (my sister works in the publishing industry). Quality bloke, and I hope they can help him. His books have animated my imagination for years.

Its a dreadful thing Gaz, it really is.

Hope they fix him. His books were just brilliant. God I think I am going to dig them out and re-read them again!
 
i've read all the discworld and love them. hence the 'teppic' sig if anyone ever picked up on that.
