I'd like to take this time to thank the members of grandoldteam for the money they helped raise for my friend, she sadly passed away aged 18 on 19th March this year 12 hours after discovering she had meningitis.
A few college mates raised money inside college and we now have a nice bench there, but also set up a justgiving website to raise money for Zoe's baby place hospice, a charity the girl loved. As you know i go to finch farm quite abit so have some signed shirts/pictures etc, I put the away shirt fully signed on ebay and Danny put it in the news bit, recieved tons of bids from here off members which raised £150, and also got a number of generous members who donated directly to the justgiving website. We set a very high target of £3,000, but have recently passed £6,028.00.
Its been something major in my life and something i still can't get over, so i'd like to thank everyone for their best wishes and also their very kind generous donations, it means alot.
