The Ashes 2023

Next week anytime a batsman leaves their crease before over is called, you could have a farcical situation of someone trying to run them out or stump them. Even if its just to go and tap down the pitch or something or to chat quickly

Intent is not mentioned in the law as far as I'm aware but its important. If they are not attempting a run then that matters and obviously they shouldn't be run out.

Just play the game properly and let the best team win. Which they did, but they didn't need to do that and it was rubbish sportsmanship

The bowler, run up past the batsman at the bowlers end, boot his bat out of the crease, stump the swine. Out you are.

Let us remember the body line series, the aus government escalated it to an 'international incident'.

Get wood in next test and tell him to go 100mph at them. Short stuff.
"Accidentally" throw the ball at them when they're running singles.
Let's do all that stuff. Absolute custards that Australia team. Full of cheats and crying cowards.
The weather will likely effect one of the remaining tests so the Ashes are gone anyway.

You absolutely need to ‘play to the whistle’ in any sport and if you forget that basic tenet at this level you’ll get punished,
