People just need to take banning orders on the chin. The clique is breaking from the inside out.

The mods are ruling with an iron fist and I got one admire it.

You talk of a clique? Name names.
The place is worse off for losing the likes of Chico and ijjy (and @tommye, @Bungle etc on a regular and prolonged basis) The fact is that long term prolific posters are sometimes misinterpreted as 'cliquey' due to regular 'in jokes' that might sometimes go over the heads of newer members.
Of course EVERYBODY needs to stick within the rules, but a perma-ban for @ijjysmith does seem akin to kicking John Lennon out of the beatles when they were in their prime.

Leave him alone! It's been 2 days and we're all still waiting. Waiting for someone to come. But what if they don't? We have to stop waiting. We need to start figuring things out.

ijj died this morning just posting a link and we tried to save him, and now you're about to crucify him? We can't do this. Every man for himself is not going to work. It's time to start organizing. We need to figure out how we're going to survive here.

Now, I found mods. Fresh mods, up in the valley. I'll take a group in at first light. If you don't want to go, then find another way to contribute. Last week most of us were strangers. But we're all here now. And God knows how long we're going to be here. But if we can't live together, we're going to die alone.

I mean I do skirt around the edges of some of them, but I try and respect them and follow them.

Im not crying, honestly this should be taken in the positive way im saying it, if possible, this isnt a dig, BUT........

I do feel as tho some of the moderation recently has been a little iron fist, I realise we cant have a full riot, but some things have been, IMHO, slightly overzealous.

Im not talking about certain bans given out, the majority of people deserve the bans they get, but this forum was built on humor, on having a laugh and I do feel as tho sometimes that gets forgotten.

As I say lads, im not cry arsing, im just giving my POV.

I mean no offence, im just saying.

I am hearing, perhaps not rumours, no second source, of a "shadow mod", who does not have the "mod" title but still is a moderator.
