Im starting to turn, I can feel it.

I'm that guy in the movie who knows he's been bitten and hasn't said anything until now.

You better be pointing the shot-gun in my direction because I may fold to the dark side any day now.

Its the fear of being left behind. Everyone in the Industry uses one. They are mostly ******s, innocently led, taken by the hand and bummed sideways but they don't know. Theyre too busy to notice.

Im starting to want to be bummed and its a horrible, dark, twisted feeling.

I'm thinking about buying a Mac.

Pictures just look better on them. They are compatible with with the other ******s. I dont want to be a ****** but I don't want to be the uncool kid with the Laptop.

Please help me....I'm losing my will...

Macs are great but i still wouldnt have another one i like the fact i can mess about with a pc's gubbins plus why the hell would i go through having to install boot camp so i could use my software on a mac again.

All style and very little substance for me at least

Acer is popular here (Denmark), and quite expensive. I seem to remember them being [Poor language removed] computers in the UK. Funny how the market distorts values in different places.

Onto Macs. Mine is starting to piss me off. It's gone dead slow on the internet, although it is old (2002). I still prefer it to using my missus' spare PC, which is a crappy Compaq (must faster than my Mac, though). But Macs are simple, so simple that when you use a PC afterwards, you wonder what MS were thinking about when they designed the OS.

They also look cool.

you know you want to, just do it. they make so much more sense, bootcamp takes maybe 30 minutes to install total, and because of it i have all the same functionality as windows

though i don't often need it, as for most programs, theres either a version for mac (like the microsoft office suite), or there are freeware alternatives.

if you do buy a mac, i would buy one of last years macbooks, the new ones, in terms of functionality are much worse. sure they have awesome graphic displays, light up keyboards, and a cool color scheme, but that comes at the expense of several different ports (plus old ones will be much cheaper).

if you have any specific questions about mac usage pm me and i'll give you details (they're not perfect, but imo they're much better)

On a Mac laptop now. 4 years old and as fast as the day it was brought. Never had a problem with it, been fantastic. Got a Mac Mini and that ace as well. Had to get an external HD as it was a bit small but whole PC is the size of 10" square. Want one where the who gubbins are in the screen.
