The Everton Board Thread 2014/15

Is it time for change?

  • I'm happy with the way thing are. Kenwright and the Board should stay.

  • Kenwright and the board need to go. We need change.

Kenwright not at awards.

With rumours of his health issues he might well end up jibbing it in.

Best for all parties really

I've asked this for years but let's say, Heaven forbid, that Kenwright died suddenly or at least became very, very ill. What would happen to the club? Would it go to his next his kin, e.g. his missus or his daughter? Or his shares suddenly put on the market?

Shares would probably go to green due to money kebwright owes him

Which could be good or very very bad

I hear the "traditional club" line a lot (more outside of liverpool) in regards to Kenwright but imo thats only becuase he has failed at lots of deals that were in the pipeline.

He tried to get NTL in and that didnt come off
He tried to get FSF & Chris Samualson in and that failed
He tried to move us away from Goodiosn Park twice and they both failed miserably
He tried to sell us to to an investment firm but that failed (I still don't belive that story but as its a direct quote then it applies)
He tried to build a big corporate/commercial multistory building in the park end car park but that failed several times depending on what story they give out as to why.

I don't see how he has actively kept us a "traditional club" its only because he's failed at so many attempts to bring us into the 21st century
Yawn.

They've always denied any Green involvement.

Kenwrights shareholding would be inherited by his partner Jenny.

Jenny almost certainly would put them up for sale as she's not a fan.

Bill is not feeling himself tonight ?
I believe Pienaar answered this last night? Bottom right?

This is something i would worry about as if she isn't a fan she is likely to sell them to anyone just to get rid of them, and not someone who might be able to take the club forward.
