That is not true.
It simply isn't true.
It is true that somebody scammed their way further along the way than they should have before it was discovered who and what they were ,.
In my opinon that would argue that he was trying to sell the club rather than who it was being sold to.

So which bit of it isn't true? and how can you be so sure? All of the evidence points to the fact that it looks 100% true.

If you want to sell something, it doesn't take you 16 years pal. Unless you are a bit of a blagger of course and have no real intentions of selling something.

We all love Bill the blue, great spokesperson and ambassador for the media front of the club. You could even argue that he has kept us in the top half of the hardest league in the world for the last 10 years, despite some hairy moments.

What sticks out like a sort thumb though, is that he will make a massive profit if he ever decides to sell the club, which some find difficult due to the fact that the business side of the club has at times been a joke. Deny it all you want, but some of the stunts he has pulled have been shockingly bad.

Is that a joke?

True blue bill tried to flog us to a bloke in a one bedroom flat in salford never mind cashing in via Kirby cowshed.

He wants a massive profit on his initial investment despite investing the square root of f*** all.

There is no romantic side where he's desperate to sell us to the right people to take the club forward. He's had 16 years and will take the most he can.

You do realise that it was an external company that opened up the lines of communication with this 'bloke in a Salford bedsit', it was in fact the very same company that the Blue Union are wanting Everton to get back involved with. It was only when Kenwright became suspicious, due to their unwillingness to meet that he delved deeper into it, separately to the work done by the external brokers. Then he discovered the 'man in a flat' situation.

Thank god for Kenwright eh!

Anyway, I thought he wasn't interested in selling, I though he'd done absolutely nothing to show that he's willing to sell......

Lets not forget Elstone saying that the club was not for sale at the enquiry

You got any links for this?

After all in the interest of balance people are constantly asked for proof in this thread

edit: If you're talking about Harris that would be the man who Evertons Ceo said was not trying to sell the club (under oath) then Kenwright said that he was. It would also be worth noting that Kenwright got Harris involved in the first place
