Is the 777 / acap situation insurmountable while the lawsuit is ongoing, or can it be solved but Friedkin didn’t like the solution?

We’ve just got press briefings to say it was all about this one issue. There could’ve been all sorts of issues that other bidders wouldn’t have. A non-US buyer might not be as concerned about a US lawsuit to which Everton are not a party.
