I think this seems to be the trend now... multi club ownership.
I don't agree with it but there seems to be no appetite at present for preventing it.

We're only going into it because that 'kin feller Moshiri is getting most for his shares off them.

There's literally nothing to recommend it for Everton.

We get subsumed into a group of clubs where we're not even likely to be 'the flagship'.

Well yeah, I listed them as the good examples but we arent going to be owned by an energy drink or oil state.

The bad examples would be Chelsea, RedBird, 777, Textor, MSP, forest, Bournemouth who all either botch it or have virtually no interaction between themselves.

Based on the fact the majority of news regarding the proposed takeover is leaked or announced on a Friday, I'm hearing it will be announced on a Friday. Or some other day.
