How anyone is bending over for this lot after what we went through with the carpet bagger is beyond me.

Everton supporters are turning into south sea islanders: happy to see their land plundered in exchange for a bag of shiny nails.
Dave, I've steered clear of interacting with you on all of this, but brother you've gotta let people enjoy themselves for once. People hate Moshiri and he's on the way out. That alone should be enough.

All I'm saying is be wary of this lot.

Wait'll people start getting their price list through the mail for their season tickets next year. There'll be no one doing cartwheels then I can promise you.

I like the fact that they have local connections even if they aren't brewstered enough to take the whole club on.

Both very wealthy and excellent businessmen in their own rights.

I don't know Downing but I know Bell is a very big blue.

Downing is a blue he once got kicked at a Man City/Everton game for being too vocal when we were winning (those were the days lol)

Petty I know, but he can’t be that big a blue when his investments company’s corporate colours are red.

…I’ve always thought Managerial appointments (Manager/DOF) are key to a successful team. Despite their wealth, it took City a while to find the right formula, United have largely struggled since SAF left.

In our position we need a period of sustained stability off the pitch and a level of support for the Manager/DOF, whoever they might be. The right manager remains the key.

Why would u want Jose?

Why would anyone want one of the most successful managers of all time, trophy winner at almost every club he’s been at (and Spurs sacked him before a final in the one club he didn’t win at). It’s not gone perfectly for him at every club and he definitely burns out after a few seasons but if he delivered silverware would anyone care?

Its highly unlikely and speculative but I think he’d be the force of nature we need to drag us back upwards and go to war with some of the other clubs
