Yeah I imagine with all of this limbo we are short in some of those departments. Hard to get people to commit years of their career when they dont even know where the club will be in a year. One thing TFG will bring in immediately is the stability to hire actual talent to a lot of the core behind the scenes jobs.

Yeah, been a lot of turnover in those BTS roles in the last 18 months
