Cherry picking or trying to produce a more accurate comparison. More data doesn’t necessarily increase accuracy if it is old. That’s a very dumb approach to stats. Everton points average in the premier league is probably far higher than Newcastle’s but so by your logic Everton are likely to get more points than them this season.
Not even sure what you are on about tbh. There are no averages, just simple very easy to understand wins, draws and losses for every game they have managed in the PL. Covering the entirety of both their premier league history has to be the most accurate way of doing it. If you start going by picking clubs or seasons or averages or whatever you feel like choosing, then that is a very dumb approach and the very definition of cherry picking.

Here are them both again

According to the Athletic, the only hurdle left is the £200 million debt owed by one of Moshiri’s holding partners to 777 Partners.

It’s also stated that the regulatory approval process is progressing smoothly.

With 777 now on the verge of liquidation, its main creditor, an American insurance firm called A-Cap, has claimed that debt. However, A-Cap is being sued by a British investment company called Leadenhall, which has been granted an injunction that stops A-Cap from selling assets or doing deals without Leadenhall’s approval.

But Moshiri and TFG remain confident it will come.

If you don't understand what an average points total is this discussion is probably pointless. Would you like to compare Ole Gunnar Solskjær record with Jose. I bet he has a similar or higher points PPM but no one would want him over Dyche.

Are we from different countries speaking different languages or something? You are the only one talking about average points. There are no averages in the graphics i have posted. Purely total PL games with how many won, drawn or lost. Even the PPM isn't average. It is the points per match accumulated from the total amount of games. It really couldn't be easier to understand.

I keep things simple for you in words of a few syllables and use your preferred stat. Do you think Newcastle or Everton have a higher PPM stat since the Premier league started? I would think Everton do. Do you think that is a good argument that Everton will out perform them this year?

PPM is an average. Did you do GCSE maths?

I will keep things simple for you. In the graphic, PPM stands for Points Per Match. Mourinho has managed a total of 363 games in the Premier League and earned 735 points. Therefore 363 x 2.02 (per match) = 733.26. Very basic maths.

Forget about the PPM anyway, it is irrelevant. The point was the difference in the amount of wins and losses. I will cut that part off the images for you if it makes you feel better.

😂😂😂 I would resort to stats in future if I was you.
