I report it here because I think it might affect Everton too.
In the first press conference of his third term as Roma manager, Claudio Ranieri has announced he will join AS Roma's BoD at the end of the season. He's talked a lot about his meeting with Dan Friedkin in London, saying that they agreed on the necessity to put a football savvy, expert person at the helm of the club (finally!).
Friedkin told him: "I spent a lot of money, but the club hasn't improved as much as I wanted".
Ranieri also said he'll become Friedkin's first football advisor. I believe this will affect Everton too, at least partially.
It seems that the London meeting was attended by Dan and Ryan Friedkin, Claudio Ranieri, Florent Ghisolfi and a fourth person. Many believe this fourth person to be Fabio Paratici, former Juventus DoF. I read on X - please note, these are just rumors - that Paratici, who's currently just a Friedkin advisor, might become Everton DoF.
