Oh, by the way, I am available for photoshop portrait painting. I only charge $200 a piece. Not the brilliant use of colour and creativity on the arrows in the attached pic. That should give you an accurate representation of the level of work I do.

They use reputation on the Big Soccer forums.
You like a post, you can "add" to the poster's reputation.
If you think someone's post was unnecessarily rude or was a trolling/flaming like post, you can give the post a "bad" reputation point.
I don't know what happens but I figure if you get enough "bad" reputation points, you get a yellow card and if it continues, you get a red card and a banning.
Good in away that the posters police themselves and reward good posts while punishing "bad" posts but then it could be misused as well.
