Really should have signed Moses from Palace, it seemed a no brainer. I'd still have him now though, lots of potential. Think he'll want another year at Chelsea though.

If Martinez wants to become an instant hero and make us all believe that Everton will soon be seeing Champions League football, Victor Moses plus an exciting striker could be the perfect ticket

Exactly, he's got to be as ambitious as he possibly can with whatever funds he's got available to prove he's being serious with taking us on another level!.

Moses would be a start, but for cheaper than £10m!.

So, in summary....Fellaini and Baines are being bought by Moyes/Jose/Wenger, we want rid of Mirallas because he speaks better Spanish than English, Heitinga is going because he's rubbish and soft, and we're only interested in players who have worked with Martinez before and who are now played out of position for their current employers but on massive wages?
Additionally we think Clasie will be cheaper than McCarthy.

Is it just Evertonians who lose all sense of persrspective, logic and normality during the transfer window, or do all clubs fans start chatting and believing total bollocks fired around on forums and picked up by the lazy media?

I fear it's going to be a very long Summer.

1 goal in 23 appearances for Chelsea ....and he is allegedly a striker

Bloody hell, its gonna be a long summer!

He's a winger, and is that just prem games and goals?. cos im certain he scored a few in Europe?!. And did he start many of them 23 appearences?!.

he's 22-23 and been at a good club with good players and IMO, come on this season and improved. Still got time to develope into an even better player and IF we could get him then he'd be a good player for us!.

my list would be Remy and Vermaelen

I'd take Remy if he'd take a pay cut?!!. If it's true he as a £6m release clause then thats a snip!. And i'd take Vermaelen aswell but i cant seeing being available at the reported £5m going about in the press in the past few months?!. But if he was, then you'd definitely have to be in for him and hope our Belgian influence would sway him to us, unless the top European clubs were in for him?!.

Loan with an option to buy is the sensible answer but can't see chelsea falling for that as we would very well be seen as a threat to the top 4
