Chelsea will def have a clear out, I think it's been reported that Jose wants to keep Lukaku and Courtois but some of the fringe players will be available.
If Moses joined chelsea for £10m and hasn't done enough to stay there, then 7 or 8 mill would probably be enough. Pay a fraction of that as a downpayment and the rest on the drip, then once you throw in the famous everton clauses and conditions he really wouldn't cost that much for the player we'd get.
