Its top. Baltimore slang, hard hitting, morally ambiguous, great acting, clever plot - the works.

Well worth getting series one and seeing if its your kind of thing?

Its about drug dealing in the Baltimore Projects, with the cops on one side and the dealers on the other.

I saw a couple of episodes.

But the Wire really grabbed me. Intelligent writing and its not just there to entertain or shock. Asks some serious questions about society in America.

Find the time Suits mate, well worth it. Just remember, its slower paced than other shows, it kind of builds up gradually rather than explodes.

never watched nip tuck or dirty house wives or what was that other one that all the skirt liked?

never got into 24 either.

Loved House but then had to stop watching it as it was fueling my hypochondria.

Every episdoe I watched convinced me that I had - "that"

seriously man, once you're three episodes into the wire you'll be hooked.

yeah I liked it, but then it seemed to drag on . too many series for me.

My fave bit was the cousin who was hooked on smag, sitting on his dog.

[Poor language removed] priceless.

that was a great episode, where he was put through the intervention, paulie is such a great character.

meadowlands is another priceless one.
